Pick Ups

You may place your order on line then pickup your items at factory showroom.


Will Call Policy

  • Will call hours: Mon-Fri are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
  • Customers choosing to "will call" their purchase are responsible for providing any needed padding and supplies necessary to secure their load. Stuart David employees are not responsible for securing the load.
  • We do not assume any liability for "will call" merchandise once it has left our facility, other than warranty issues.

Delivery Area

We offer an in-home delivery service throughout California's Central Valley, Foothills, and East Bay Area.
Minimum delivery charge: $60. Additional charges will be accessed based on distance from our factory.
Should we be requested to ship furniture beyond our normal delivery area, or direct to a customer's home, we require payment in full in advance.


Delivery Policy

  • Prior to your delivery, please have the area cleared where your new furniture is to be placed.
  • Delivery days are Monday through Friday. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date and a time window for delivery. We will make every effort to make your delivery within the two hour time window.
  • If you cannot be home to accept your scheduled delivery, please contact our delivery department 24 hours in advance to reschedule. For reschedules please call 209.537.7449 and ask for our delivery department.
  • Please notify your salesperson if your new furniture needs to be carried up stairs. Furniture will only be brought up stairs if there is a notification on your receipt.
  • Due to time and liability restrictions our drivers are prohibited from moving existing furniture, electronic equipment or other personal accessories nor are they allowed to hang objects on customer's walls.
  • If you are not home during the specified delivery time a second delivery charge may apply.
  • Stuart David assumes no liability for inadequate delivery access.
  • If during delivery it is difficult to maneuver a piece of furniture in narrow halls, doorways or stairwells, Stuart David cannot be responsible for any damages. Atypical deliveries may require additional set-up charges.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect each item for damages or defects. If damages or defects cannot be repaired by our drivers, it may be necessary to bring this item back to our distribution center for servicing. Our customer service department will contact you to schedule a service call to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
  • If your home is not accessible to our truck, it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home.


Our delivery team will perform the following services:

  • Install and set up your new furniture exactly where you want it. Please have the area cleared.
  • Install glass shelves in china cabinets and bookcases.
  • Set up bed frame and mattress set on support system after removing factory wrapping.
  • Assemble beds, light bridges and end units.
  • Level wall units, china cabinets, entertainment centers and bookcases.

It is important to note that heavy pieces of furniture such as wall units, chests and dressers will have a tendency to settle into carpeting. Also, it may be necessary to place the item far enough from the wall so it does not rest on the carpet's tack strip. More leveling on your part may be necessary.


C.O.D. Deliveries

Drivers are required to collect C.O.D.s upon delivery. Please make certain that arrangements are made for agreed C.O.D. payment, as the furniture cannot be left unless that agreement is completed.

If amount due is not paid in full at the time of delivery, our drivers are instructed to return the merchandise to our warehouse.

If payment is due at delivery, our drivers are authorized to receive:

  • Cash
  • Bank drafts or Cashier's checks
  • Personal checks
  • Credit cards - We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover

Delayed Delivery

If you delay your delivery, we will hold your purchase in our warehouse for 30 days without additional payment. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, payment in full is required to continue holding your purchase.
