At our core, we have an unwavering belief in the craftsmanship of our furniture, so much so that we offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products. We stand behind the excellence of our work, and in the rare instance that any furniture should encounter issues due to workmanship or materials during the ownership of the original purchaser (excluding abuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, or regular wear), we pledge to either repair or replace it, at our discretion.
Mechanical components integrated within Stuart David Furniture, including drawer glides, locks, and other hardware, are covered by a 5-year warranty for the original owner, assuming standard usage.
It's important to note that this warranty doesn't extend to defects arising from abuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, or regular wear. With our lifelong commitment and proper care, your Stuart David furniture is poised to be cherished across generations.

Recommended Care Guidelines
Caring for real wood furniture is simple, and maintaining your investment today ensures it transforms into a cherished heirloom tomorrow. Adhere to these simple steps to safeguard your handcrafted furniture:
Cleaning:
Employ a soft cloth, like an old t-shirt, dampened with water (adding a touch of dish soap is permissible if desired), for gentle cleaning.
Managing Sweat & Oils:
Consistent contact with body sweat and skin oils can compromise the furniture's finish. Prioritize cleaning frequently touched areas, such as pillow-rest spots on beds and writing sections of desks.
Finish Protection
NEVER use glass or household cleaners on finished furniture. Ammonia will chemically attack and damage the finish.
Preventing Yellowing
Avoid commercial waxes and spray polishes, and shield your furniture from direct sunlight. Regularly polish items exposed to sunlight to prevent yellowing. We recommend using Touch of Oranges Wood Cleaner, available in our showroom.
Prevent Splitting
Maintain consistent humidity levels within your home to prevent wood from splitting.
Damage Prevention
Shield surfaces from hot pots and laptops by using trivets or placemats. Laptops, like hot pots, emit heat from their underside and can cause damage if left in contact with wood surfaces for prolonged periods.
Spill Cleanup
Wipe up spills immediately and dry completely with a soft cloth. Refrain from cleaning wood surfaces with wet sponges.. The finishes of today are designed to withstand spills as long as they are wiped up and not left to dry.
